Brooklyn Qi treatment room, Park Slope Brooklyn

Clinical Acupuncture, Bodywork & Coaching

Evidence-based care for the whole nervous system.

Integrative acupuncture, orthopedic bodywork, and Jungian coaching for fertility, chronic pain, and profound life transitions.

Our Approach

An Integrative, Whole Body Approach.

Your health is a reflection of your nervous system, your environment, and your history. Standard medicine often treats the parts—we treat the body as a whole.

At Brooklyn Qi, we treat the ecosystem. Led by Liz Zangara, L.Ac—a practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience—we bridge the gap between Eastern functional medicine and Western physiological outcomes. By combining evidence-based acupuncture with structural bodywork, functional movement and Jungian coaching, we address both the physical tissue and the neurological pathways that govern it.

Whether you are navigating an IVF cycle, recovering from a sports injury, or preparing for childbirth, we act as your clinical partner to restore function, build resilience, and reclaim your vitality.

Our Location

Acupuncture Services for the Brooklyn Community.

The clinic is located in the heart of Park Slope and we frequently work with clients in Windsor Terrace, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Gowanus, Kensington, Fort Greene, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bushwick, Sunset Park. and Downtown Brooklyn. We see patients from all over Brooklyn and New York City.

Meet the Practitioner

Meet Liz Zangara, L.Ac

Liz Zangara, L.Ac, has been a licensed acupuncturist and holistic healthcare provider since 2001. Her approach is born from a rare intersection of disciplines: she holds a Master's in Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside certifications as a Birth Doula, therapeutic massage practitioner, and Jungian Life Coach.

Having worked extensively within the NYC shelter system and rape crisis centers before entering private practice, Liz understands that the most effective healing occurs when the body and the psyche are treated together. She brings a trauma-informed, deeply analytical, and compassionate lens to every treatment.
